WHO ARE THE XR30 TRAINERS?

XR30 is a series of 12, 30-minute intense fitness workouts designed to elevate your body’s workout performance and rapidly burn fat and build lean muscle. These 12 workouts can be easily accessed anytime, anywhere through video streaming. XR30 also comes with a personal adaptive nutrition plan that will allow you to exponentially increase the amount of fat burned with your workouts.

WHAT KINDS OF EXERCISES ARE IN XR30?

XR30 features a wide range of exercises that can be performed by anyone at any skill level. XR30 workouts are High-Intensity Interval sessions comprised of calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics and resistance training. Each workout is optimized to reach max EPOC targets and VO2 MAX to burn fat efficiently.

WHAT’s the XR30 ADAPTIVE NUTRITION PLAN?

XR30’s adaptive nutrition plan is a diet that automatically adjusts depending upon your weight and how much weight you have to lose. The plan consists of three phases.
Phase one - The T.H.I.N.K. nutritional plan, is designed to bring you within 10 lbs. of your goal weight. It combines the elements of thermogenesis and ketosis to bring you the most impactful results within 30 days.
Phase two - The L.I.F.E. nutritional plan, is a less-restrictive plan designed to help you reach your target weight with ease. The main objective is to transition you into a fitness lifestyle, guided by a strong fitness discipline and healthy food choices.
Phase three - The Freedom for L.I.F.E., is a lifetime guided meal plan designed to prevent your regression into unhealthy eat habits by allowing you to enjoy a wider range of food chouces that will keep you fit, healthy, and active.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO XR30?

With XR30, you do not need a gym membership or access to expensive gym equipment. All you need is an open 6’x6’ area to safely perform the routines and a pair of dumbbells (5-10 lbs for females and 10-15 lbs for males) to assist you in your workouts.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED FOR XR30?

All you need is 30 minutes a day, 3 - 5 times a week, and you will see the results in just 30 days.

AM I JUST LOSING WEIGHT WITH XR30?

Fat loss and lean muscle gain are the primary goals of XR30. You can expect to lose fat drastically by performing the workout routines and following the meal plans. XR30 also targets lean muscle gain for sustainable weight loss. Having lean muscle gains will improve your workout performance, and it increases your metabolism, effectively preventing post-weight loss weight gain.

Is XR30 good for overweight people?

Absolutely. XR30 workouts are designed to train your body into losing fat efficiently without putting too much strain on your body. The workouts last for just 30 minutes a day, and you’ll only have to work out three to five times a week. XR30 can be performed by any adult who can do the workouts without any pain or discomfort. Our workouts are designed to be safe and challenging at the same time.

Will XR30 make my body bulky?

No, but it will help you build lean muscle. The main objective of XR30 is to bring your body within your target weight while build lean muscle. You will experience a combination of fat loss and lean muscle gains when you perform the XR30 workouts.
